If you are receiving PS5 error code NW-102308-4, that means, there is an issue between your PlayStation network and the console that mainly happened due to Domain Name System – DNS issue. Thankfully, there are a few workarounds you can try to fix this issue.

– Check out the status of the PSN and make sure the servers are up and running fine. If the servers are down due to scheduled maintenance or outages, you may receive error code NW -102308 -4. In that case, you can’t do anything. The issue will be resolved automatically once the servers are back online.

– Next method is to simply restart your PS5 console and if possible, connect it to the internet with a wired connection. 

– If you are using a WiFi connection, check the location of the router. It should be close to your PS5 console. Also, try to remove anything that comes between the router and PS5.

– Turn off your modem and router, wait for at least 5 to 7 minutes, and then restart it.

– Make sure your router firmware is updated to the latest version. If you have no idea how to do it, you should contact the router vendor.

– If possible, try to open up these ports. TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480 and UDP: 3478, 3479, 49152 to 65535. If you have no idea how to open it, contact your Internet Service Provider.

– In the network settings, manually set up a static IP address manually to improve it.

– If nothing works, don’t worry. Just wait until Sony resolves this issue from their end.
