Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt is the latest battle royale multiplayer action game by Sharkmob AB. Many players say the vampire concept is great and its gameplay is very approachable and easy to pick up. Its archetypes are very well-balanced and have plenty of variety. But still, like other massive titles, this game also has several issues and bugs such as crashes, won’t start, hangs, and much more. According to multiple reports, this issue occurs especially on PS5. Many users say the multiplayer mode is not working on their console even though, all of their friends are having the same console. So, it seems the main issue is on the PS5 multiplayer mode. As you can see in the above link, Sharkmob has acknowledged this issue officially on their page and suggested:

  • Delete your friends from your PSN friend list and then add each other as friends again. This way, the issue should be fixed.
  • As an additional measure, you can make sure the “Who can interact with you through parties, games, and messages” option in your privacy settings on PlayStation is set to “Anyone”.

So far, these are the only things you can do to fix the Bloodhunt multiplayer not working issue.

I am a mechanical engineer in a day job and my passion for gaming led to this website. I enjoy games that have bit of a story depth and mostly single player. One of my favorites is Horizon Zero Dawn. I also dabble in multiplayer, but not battle royals, mostly because I am not good at it. Occasionally, I do enjoy trending survival games such as the latest Valheim and Muck. I have another website where I write more often VGNerdsAtWork.
