According to multiple reports, another issue players are facing recently is related to Eco Workshop. It seems a bug in Eco Workshop and so players are not able to move forward. Thankfully, there are certain workarounds you can try to fix the Eco Workshop bug.
1. The first and the best solution is to make all Sims idle and then restart the game. This way, you will also clear the game cache.
2. If the above solution doesn’t work, then change the game’s language and then restart it.
