In Halo Infinite, Famine Skull is one of 4 Skulls you can find on the 4th main landmass you will visit. It will reduce the ammo drops you will get. Here is how you can find Famine Skull in Halo Infinite.
To find Famine Skull, first, you will need to complete the Pelican Down mission and start the next Sequence mission. Once done, go to the Southeast zone on the map. The opposite side of the eastern part of the map is a small-sized island. You’ll need to score a Banshee or Wasp. If you have unlocked the Wasp, you can take one from FOB in the location and fly and in case if you have not unlocked, grapple shot a Banshee when it comes close to hijack it and use it to fly on the small island.
