Lost Ark is the remarkably polished action MMORPG. Fans like it a massive story with some really epic moments between darkness and light, evil and good, and pretty challenging quests.
But some issues like purchase failed for Royal Crystal and missing characters bug prevent players from enjoying the game to the fullest.
This is not enough, many players are now complaining, they are facing a new issue where Life and Harmony Shards are missing or disappearing suddenly.
According to multiple reports, this issue occurs randomly in the game and because of this bug, they lost their shards all of a sudden which is really frustrating as they will have to collect shards once again.
Many players are saying, they have lost hundreds of shards and they have no idea how to get them back. Many players are wondering, why Amazon Games have not released any official statement on this issue.
Unfortunately, the developers have not yet acknowledged this issue. But hopefully, Smilegate will soon find out the reasons for this bug to happen and fix it as early as possible so that the players can start enjoying the game again.
