Regrettably, there is only one method to get a Black Ice Weapon skin. You will need to earn it in an Alpha Pack which is a loot box in this game. When you complete certain games, you will have an Alpha Pack or you can also use your Renown to buy them. It is not recommended to put all of your money in the Renown Boosters just to get a Black Ice weapon skin because it is a rare item and its chances are only 1:100 to get a Black Ice from an Alpha Pack.
