One of the best parts of the HBO Max app is that we can enjoy the content not only on major streaming devices but it can also be accessed on PlayStations. Also, we can easily download its app from the PlayStation store. However, recently HPB Max is showing an error that says ‘Oops! Something went wrong’.
Due to this error, users are not able to access the app properly. The worst part is that this error occurs frequently and pops up when you finish any show or an episode. Moreover, many users have also experienced lagging issues and that is very annoying.
So far, many users have already tried many methods to fix this issue but nothing works. And with the frustration, users have already started tweeting and raising complaints on several forums including Reddit. Luckily, some of the users have got a reply from the officials. One of the replies is:
“Hello! Thanks for letting us know. Our team is aware of issues on PlayStation consoles and working towards a fix! Watch out for updates! In the meantime, if you want to watch on your TV, you can try to cast from a smartphone to your TV (If your TV is capable), or use an HDMI cable to connect a laptop to your TV. Thanks so much!”
Thus finally, we have confirmation that the team is already aware of this issue and they are working on the same. That means, very soon, this problem will get fixed.
For the time being, the only best solution is to cast HBO Max using your smartphone to stream it smoothly.
