Horizon Forbidden West, an action role-playing game is now available to download. Unfortunately, since its release, many players are experiencing several bugs and issues such as crashing the game, codes not working in West Collector’s and Regalla edition, and more. In the latest issue, players are complaining, they are not able to examine the machine carcass in the Reach for the Stars quest due to a bug.
This particular problem occurs especially in the quest of Reach of the Stars when a player reaches a carcass of a machine corpse. Regrettably, when you approach the body, you don’t see any icon for examination of the body and you progress further in the quest.
In that case, it is advisable to revert to the previously saved game and then again restart your quest if you face this problem. In this process, you will surely lose a bit of your game progress, but it worked for many players.
For this, go to the in-game menu and don’t forget to select the Restart from Save option. Once done, you will have to follow the same steps to reach the Machine Carcass one more time, but once you reach there, you will be able to see a prompt for interaction and examination of the Machine Carcass which will allow you to progress further in the quest.
So far, this is the only best solution to fix the examination of the Machine Carcass bug in Horizon Forbidden West.
