Hearthstone is an elegant and very simple to get into a digital collectible card game by Blizzard published for Android, iOS, Microsoft Windows, and macOS. This game has crossed over 3.5 million players around the world. However, this game comes with its fair share of bugs and issues. Many players are not reporting, the Duels are not working or the game is stuck on the Duels Rewards screen.
According to multiple reports, players are experiencing crashing issues because of this problem while some other players are not able to resume the game as the button is not working. Thankfully, as you can see in the below screenshot, the Blizzard team has recently acknowledged the problem.
As you can read, the issue will get resolved in the upcoming patch 22.4. Also, they have shared one potential workaround which you can also try to fix stuck on Hearthstone duels rewards screen or duels are unable to resume issue. And the workaround is:
1. Log in to the Hearthstone on your mobile phone
2. Go to the Duels mode
3. Tap on the part of the screen where you can see the button to collect rewards
4. That’s it – This is how you can collect your rewards and start your new run
Until we have the next patch 22.4 from the developers, you can try this workaround to start a new run.
