Destiny 2 is the second installment of the popular multiplayer first-person shooter game Destiny by Bungie Inc. The developers have delivered a fast-paced and fun gameplay experience.
The best part of this game is that it receives new content every now and then so players never get bored of the same content. But unfortunately, like other massive titles, this game also has several bugs and issues such as stuck on signing in error or Grasp of Avarice Dungeon final boss glitched, and more.
In Destiny 2 “Armor Synthesis” is one of the mechanics and its process needs a material which is called “Synthweave”. But many players are complaining on Reddit and Twitter that this material is not working properly.
Due to a bug, players are not able to unlock ornaments through Armor Synthesis by using Synthweave which is quite frustrating as this issue prevents players from converting their armor to unlocking new ornaments.
According to multiple reports, this particular issue has been started after the latest Destiny 2 v4.1.0.2 update. Thankfully, the Bungie support team has acknowledged this issue where Synthweave is not working. However, they have also given a workaround that might help to fix this issue.
1. Suggested by the Bungie Help on their official Twitter page, you need to unlock the armor ornaments via individual armor previews.
2. One of the Reddit users has suggested the following steps to fix the issue:
– Preview item
– Hold unlock button for about a minute
– If nothing happens, then repeat the same process until it works
If the above workarounds don’t work, worry not, and wait for the next update/patch from the developers.
So far, these are the only things you can try to fix Synthweave not working issue in Destiny 2.
